i bought a used 5.9 over 1 yr ago and now got the chance to tear it apart to re gasket it and check bearings and found the rod bearings have wear but the truck had 240,000 miles on it ! I need to know if they are standard ? Number on them are DA-49 ! Mains looked good but might replace them while i am there !

With that many miles on it, I would just replace them.

Mic out the rod journals, that should tell you what size bearings you need.

That's why you measure the journals, and see what size they are.
