Its to late I ruined it for everybody now lol. But if I could ask something how I was saying in a few posts ago how that guy was telling me that I actually need to replace my clutch seal thats why I have to let off the gas to get it to shift into 3rd is there any truth or that?

Re-reading what I wrote, I note that I wasn't real clear.... Swapping the electronics/adjusting the bands, will generally solve the issue. There have been only a couple instances where it did not.

well that does make me feel better especially since I have that CEL come on for that solenoid electronics make sense. Anyways though I seem to have bad luck with that truck and it always seems to be worse case scenario so I have already been telling myself that transmission is toast so if by chance it is I'm not mad haha

Cross that bridge when you come to it.

Use 47RE internals for one. Makes it a LOT stronger.
Shift improver kits, sonax sure cure, which when properly installed, allows the torque converter to charge in park. (which means you can check your fluid in park as well.)
Extra clutches/steels. (with better materials...)
Lotsa fun stuff.
