Death Wobble

I put a after market steering bar with a bearing that fits over the steering gear box. The sound is coming from the passenger side when turning. And it sounds like something is loose when I hit a bump in the road. I replaced all tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings, shocks, bushings in the sway bar, track bar, universals and the brakes.
It had a leveling kit on it that I took off and replaced everything back to stock.

I have new sway bar links and the gear box is only 6 months old. The only thing I haven't replaced is the control arm bushings. I will check them tomorrow when I install the new muffler system.
Check the lower shock bolts, they are supposed to be torqued to some truly stupid value. 110 lbs/ft........ or some such.

What kind of steering gearbox did you go with? Was a factory reman, Red Head or Borgeson or something else?
Lastly, with all of the parts having been replaced, has that cured the dreaded death wobble?

I replaced the gear box with a factory reman. And yes everything I replaced cured the death wobble. And after experiencing the death wobble I will be checking the front end every 6 months.
