Default Truck is stalling when put from Reverse to Drive

So Ive had this problem for a while now and it has continued throughout my tuneups and reapirs. My driveway has a slight incline and when I reverse down and put it in drive it dies, the wheel kind of locks up and shudders and pulls forward sometimes. The weird thing is that it will start right up like nothing happened. I also have had it stall again at the stop sign down my street, with so shuddering, It just dies and you dont even realize until you try to move.

The part thats stumping me is that it doesnt happen all the time.

All tune ups and repairs done since Ive got the truck.

New Battery
New MAP and TPS Sensors
Removed and Cleaned TB and IAC
New Spark Plugs
5-30 Synthetic Oil just changed
Air Filter

How many miles on the truck? Sometimes, stalling when changing directions is an indicator of a failing crank sensor.

177,000km. So like 110,000 miles.

Crank sensor *might* fix it....... trouble is, figuring out exactly what is happening is darn near impossible..... If you decide to change it, get one from the dealer, or, at least, a genuine mopar sensor. Our trucks don't like the aftermarket fellers.

I don't know if this is related to the crank sensor. But I've noticed that the truck pulls forward weirdly and revs a little without me doing anything, especially when I leave the house. It also sometimes pulls when sitting at a stop if I let off the brake a tad. (Not the normal rolling)

Now I was just thinking that maybe these issues were caused by when I took the throttle body off and cleaned it as well as the IAC. I did spray the IAC with TB Cleaner and cleaned it all off, so maybe that damaged it or its just old and worn out now.

I don't think that theres a vacuum leak causing this, but there is a broken vac line, which I think is for the cruise control. Would that even affect anything other than the cruise?

Do you think these symptoms sound like something to do with that? Or maybe it's all tied to the crank sensor, which I will look into in the spring when it warms up.

Any vacuum leak can potentially raise the idle. If the truck just sorta creeps forward when you let off the brake, that isn't unusual. Where does the engine want to idle when it's in gear, fully warmed up?

I went for a drive tonight, it didn't seem to have those issues that much, the idle rpm is around 700ish? when warmed up. But the needle isnt steady, (increases then decreases a tad. You can also hear it fluctuating when sitting in drive). When it the engine wasnt fully warmed up the rpms did increase to 1100 without me even touching the pedal when I first left the house. The rpms would also increase and stick for 5 or so seconds if I just tap the pedal and let off.

It's weird, everything else runs fine but those issues are bothering me and I don't think they are normal.

I think the higher RPM when cold, or, when you tap the pedal, is fairly normal. The unstable idle though, isn't. You may have a vacuum leak somewhere, or some other part not quite doing its job as it should.

Check the throttle position cable. It is on the passengers side of the throttle body. I am willing to bet the cable is not clipped in and the transmission is not shifting correct be6it thinks your throttle is in an open position.
