Is the code p141 showing because of the missing relay? I don’t have any code for a bad cat. My plenum plate doesn’t have oil floating in. Looks like the picture below.
Questions:
1) Do you recommend to change the plenum gasket or leave it as is.
2)Because of the relays missing, will this cause loss of power? ( no communication between o2 and pcm)
3) don’t know y it showed codes P0138 - shorted to voltage o2 sensor, P0171 - Air/Fuel Mixture too lean in bank 1, P0141 - o2 sensor heater circuit.

Thanks again

Too much crap in there. Likely the gasket is bad.

Relay missing will ensure the heater circuit doesn't have power...... that really needs to be there.

First code is likely related to the missing relay as well. It may think you are running lean because of the blown plenum, or, the front O2 sensor has become fouled from burning oil, and is no longer accurate.

Replace the relay, clear the codes, see what comes back.

Hey, there is no plug to hold the relay for the oxygen sensor heater, is the fuse box altered or missing the socket from factory to plug in the relay. What Should I do, change the fuse box with the plugins or what should I do. Really confusing!

Are you check the fuse block in the side of the dash, or the one under the hood? (should be in the one under the hood.)

I don’t have the socket inside the fuse box to hold the relay. I took the relay from the wiper motor and tail gait to insert in the o2 heater slots, but it just sits ther not plugging in

Does the fuse box come without the relay for the o2 heaters

Ok, should be the socket right next to the ASD relay. Seems there is only one, and it's just for the rear O2 sensor......

No, both of the heater relays are blank, when I inserted it, it just sits in not plugged.
