Are you getting injector pulse? You can rent a noid light from your local parts store, plug it in to one of the injector connectors, crank the engine, and see what happens.

Might want to check the harness for the cam position sensor, it to is frequently a victim of engine/trans swaps.

So, we’re going to get the noid light in the morning... decided it’s a little too dark and cold to continue tonight. And from what I’ve found on the googles, it is supposed to blink if all systems are go, yes? And the harness for the cam position sensor...? I bought the Hayne’s manual for this monster now.. will it show me what that harness is/looks like? Can it get crushed or something?

Cam sensor is in the distributor. (colloquially called 'pick-up coil') Wires come out of the distributor, and plug into the main harness back there somewhere. And yeah, it can get crushed between the engine and trans if you aren't paying CLOSE attention to it.

Yep, noid light should blink if you are getting injector pulse.

Yes, we replaced the cam sensor for good measure... just trying to make sure there wasn’t something missed in the process. Thought the “harness” may have been something different. I’m looking forward to seeing what the noid light has to say tomorrow. Thanks!
