Yeah it should. Based on your model, I was able to find a genuine OEM Dodge/Mopar door panel that shows fitment for 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 model years for example. Here's a link to the page showing part fitment information towards the bottom of the page. Hope it helps. https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/part...l~pl59tc3.html

If the 98 (or newer) truck is a single cab (only front doors, no back seat) they should interchange.
I tried to fit a 98 extended cab (4 door) panel on my 97 extended cab and they didn't work. The bottom was shaped different and some of the dowel holes were different also. I found a single cab 98 and they fit, but didn't last me long... Gotta love Dodges plastic

Yeah, the little christmas tree fellers were significantly stronger than the panels they were designed to hold on...... That was a good plan..... In some universe.

Well shoot... Now you have me second guessing myself. I'll see if I can find a set in the near future to compare again.
If yours fit, then that's the answer for the OP. I might have messed up else where.

The doors from 94 to 97 are all the same, the 98 and up single cab doors are also the same, the 98 and up quad cab front doors are different, and the interior door panels *shouldn't* interchange.......

Well now I'm second guessing myself. I went to a junk yard got two for panels from a quad cab and they fit my 01 with the 96 to door cab. Now when I get home I'm going to do some investigating lol
