Tried all over the net. including LMC, classic industries and call a couple of places, nothing. Found 72-93 bed FLOOR panels nothing for 94-02. Wondering how close 03 panels fit because after welding them in I am going to spray a heavy bed liner in. But would really like to find panels for 1996 ram.
Companies have box panels but not BOX FLOOR panels.

Maybe have to go to the junkyard, and cut some reasonable panels from trucks you find there..... Or, if you can find one, grab the whole bed.

You have to go to a real patch panel seller! Part # 330-40L 330-40R

That is cab floor... I think jyard is your recourse. Like HeyYou implied, easier to just swap the bed if you find a good one. If you like plastic bed liners, no real need to match up the floor exactly - just weld in a patch and put in the bed liner.

Powerwagon48, where in general are you located? I had the same problem with my truck bed, but I was able to locate a perfect used 8' bed in this area. I also know a guy in this area that may have some beds that you can cut a section out of to fix yours.

it's not a hard pattern to replicate. just takes awhile depending on how many ribs you have to bend and access to a brake.

bed floor repair panels
Sorry about that i guess i should put my glasses on. Sherman has paper catalogs of their stuff, Wouldn't hurt to request one. Under the universal stuff they used to have "universal" bed floor panels. Can't seem to find them on line.
