For 33's, the 2.5 inch level will be fine. Unless you want more ground clearance? But, if you go with a bigger lift, you'll want bigger tires.
OK thanks man for the info, never thought about the ratio's in the axles. I agree with you on the leveling kit, don't want any bigger tires than 33's because I still want to use my truck and not look like a dog dragging it's ***. Thanks for the input guys!

My Ram will be pushing 45s will only 3 in lift. You don't lose any power if you regear like mine will have 5.11s
I put a "call on my vehicle"? What does that mean? And your truck isn't priceless - you just said you'd sell it for 19,001
I love my truck too but its got so many weird quirks that cause me stress and money. I wish doing gears didn't require a PhD in physics and engineering from MIT.

Sorry meant value (using a phone) haha. To be honest wouldn't sell it for under $100,000. I think fixing it is part of the fun and you learn a lot about that certain vehicle. Gears are hard, but only if you go in blind. I started out using a book and learned from there. My first rebuild blew up within 10 miles. I found it what I did wrong, ordered another set and did it again. Yes it takes money and not everybody has that these days, but like my dad always said "You got to pay to play." Also I have other vehicles where you may not. But honestly figuring out things I've never done is the reason why I will never own a new vehicle again.
