Ok so I’ve double and triple checked everything. I have spark every where and in the correct timing, I know all injectors are working correctly. But it still seems like it’s got a misfire. No codes being put out

Did you get regular copper plugs? They work best on our trucks. NGK, Autolite, AC Delco are popular. There is a service bulletin for wire routing but I can't find it. Maybe it'll quit after you run a tank of gas through it, you may have had bad gas before you topped it off with the premium. Now that it's running again, you could do a compression test again.
