Default 01 Ram 2500

Good morning guys. I have been reading a few threads and posts about what may be wrong with my 01 Ram 2500. It started running rough one day out of the blue. Sounded like it was starving and didnt have the smooth sound as before and is more of a blop blop blop sound. sorry for not being technical. I have blown out the evap lines that run to my charcoal canister, replaced my idle control valve and just replaced the fuel pump assembly. I read about the plenum but wondering if there is anything else i need to try as well. Thank you!

Milky means water/coolant getting into your oil. It can happen to ways radiator is bad or head gasket

No, check engine light. I had a bad feeling it might be a head gasket.

Some moisture on the underside of the oil fill cap isn't unusual. If the oil on the dipstick is clean, it's all good.

yeah, I heard about milky deposits on the oil cap being normal if the truck doesn't get up to temp often and gets taken on many short trips and never gets hot enough to burn it off, another tidbit I learned about the often recommended colder than oem autolite plugs here, they'd get caked up/fouled too if the truck doesn't get up to temp often, can't find the article now I swear I bookmarked before talking about different spark plugs but I do remember it deterring me from going with the colder than stock plugs myself
