PCM is fairly forgiving, not sure how high it has to be before it will whine about about. (set a code.) If it isn't doing that already, that would imply that the PCM is happy with what it sees going on.

Wonder if the parts store scanner would read data??

Maybe, but they wouldn’t let me borrow it for a drive haha, I have never had the problem occur when at idle.
