Your best bet would be to tie them into the battery negative terminal.

Well did the ole seafoam trick and idle has been consistent ever since, clunk in the steering has gone away as fast as it came. Now he’s something that’s been plaguing me which I thought I had solved but it just started again so I’ve replaced the water pump radiator and thermostat in my truck plus upper and lower hoses and fan clutch all Murray. ensured I burped the system and what not, even did the combustion gases head gasket check while back, the trucks always seems to run way hotter then the thermostat installed I’ve tried the 195 it ran 210-220 I tried the 180 it ran 190-210 now I’ve tried the 169 it’s been running 170-185 confirmed with both sensors gauge and ect I have the two separate sensors now the system was dirty as hell the water pump was corroded off dam near I flush it used a good 50/50 coolant any ideas why it keeps running so much hotter than the thermostat I’m using?

With the 195 thermostat in my 96, it would regularly run right around 200-210. Even with everything new, as your is. PCM said engine temp was 195 though...... The gauge is not the most accurate thing in the world.

IF all's well with your sensors and you know that fer shore...then my next guess would be...dijya drain n flush the engine block as well???
There are 2 plugs, 1 on either side of the block near the bottom of the coolant passages around the engine mounts. If you didn't flush from there as well, then you missed a huge part of the system flush. Also possible you have a cracked cylinder head, not too uncommon on these engines or so I hear.
