Weird side effect. My MPG seem to have gone up slightly. Not much, but enough that I have noticed it.
In theory the more vacuum you have (meaning the engine has more vacuum) the more efficient the engine is. When it has little vacuum it has to work harder.

I wonder if my redneck tonneau cover is helping with the MPG? I stretched a tarp over the bed and bungee'd it down. I have a lot of tools in the bed right now, just trying to keep the some rain off the boxes. We've been having some crazy weather here in NC lately. Looks like crap, but doing the job. Added benefit of keeping stuff away from prying eyes. I really just need a service body.

That actually does raise hp, as the truck is more aerodynamic. I don't know how much though lol
Inspired by the fact I now have stable vents. I ran to the JY and grabbed another blend door motor and found an unbroken shaft connector. Now I have stable vents, AC, and heat if needed(not right now) This is all new to me LOL
