Default Random bogging down when you hit accelerator.

Hey guys,
First off, I'm new to actually posting to this forum. Sorry if i did this wrong. I've fallowed this forum for quite some time, and its one of the best knowledge bases there is.

So, I've owned my truck for quite some time now, I'm pretty savvy on most things that go wrong or need to be fixed/replaced. When you start the truck, everything is fine. During driving conditions, stopping and going, I get this random bogging down of the engine when you hit the throttle. It doesnt do it every day, nor every time. And only does it like once per day. I've already changed tps, Inc, plenum gasket, spark plugs and this and that from other issues before. The tps is less than 4 months old so I can't imagine this is my problem. Any suggestions? Could it possibly be a symptom of the vaccum system? Or could it be becouse of a cat delete? I can't imagine that would effect it. Side note: no codes.

Default Conditions

Normal driving conditions, it may not be the first time after start up that it happens.... it's completley random, but when it does this, the only thing that seems to help is to let off, let the engine run normally for a few sec. And apply throttle again. When you let off, mind you the engine runs fine. It's only when you actually hit the accelerator. And again, it doesnt happen but mabe once every day or two of my normal driving here and there. It's almost like it chokes out for some reason.

What brand TPS did you use? BWD and Duralast are failure prone. Even if they don't completely fail they seem to not work correctly.

Default Tps

I'm about 90% positive its duralast gold. We got it becouse of the lifetime warrenty. This is the 2nd one I have put on since I owned the truck. Matter of fact, most all my parts are either AutoZone or oreilly's lifetime warrenty parts.

Mopar, Standard Motor Products, or any of the other OEM manufacturers. Duralast ain't one of 'em.

Gotcha well, now that I know thats whats going on.... lol

my trucks been a pretty good one. Single cab v6. Not the most powerful secound gen, bet she does all I need to do. Recently put in an electric fan. That helped alot!!! Not gonna do a t stat. Come October November, your gonna want a heater here in oklahoma. I just do little things here and there. I dont really have the funds to ramp the old dodge up, but slowly over time she gets a few upgrades. Honestly i just keep her running down the road good. Hell, I'll be happy to make her last as long as she can. I'm very capable, and so is the dodge. After all their all just parts.... nothing cant be replaced or fixed.

A word about Standard Motor Products. They have a regular line that I have really good results with. Then they have a value line called the T series which I haven't tried. They also make the BWD stuff that I hate. If you go to a local parts store that sells BWD and ask for the good line SMP parts, they will try to tell you it is the same thing. NO they are not the same thing! I think you can get the good SMP line at Bumper to Bumper and Autovalue stores or from Rock Auto. I'm sure there are other places also.
