Default Tire Pressure

What tire pressure is everyone running? I want to air down my 37s to get a softer ride.

Experiment. Max inflation pressure is only for when you are carrying max load..... If you have a nice paved road nearby, do the chalk test. Get one of the fat sticks of chalk. (sidewalk chalk?) and scribble a line across the tread of the tire. Drive it straight down the road for 100 feet or so. Inspect the chalk line. Worn more in the center? Air 'em down some more. Worn more in the middle? Up the pressure a bit.

I thought about that, but here in PA are roads are nonexistant (fj5gtx can back me up on this). I know it'll ride like a truck don't get me wrong on that but if I can't get the ride softer then when my leaf pack comes (10 leafs) it'll look like the rear has hydraulics

Default Picked up Parts

Went up to Erie, PA to pick up 4 Axles 2002 Dana 60/80 & 95 60/80 (Going to sell them), and also picked up a 650hp 24V with 6spd manual (sell them to). Got them all for $450! Now it's time to get my factory axles back into the truck. A write-up will follow.
Here are some pics:

Well my skidsteer wouldn't start so I couldn't get the axles off the truck. I'll have to tomorrow as I got work all week. If anyone is interested in a 2500 able swap my write up will address that even though mine is a 2500.

Are you going to use the 02 axles in your truck? The rear is disc brakes on that, isn't it?

Yes my truck had factory disc brakes all the way around. As it's an 01.5 titled as an 02. I have 2400lbs in the bed along with 9500lbs behind me in a trailer. She pulled it like a champ if I do say.

Finally time to install my LED fog lights in my 4th gen bumper. I bought the bracket with the 2 cube lights preinstalled:

Then wired in a Duestch Connector onto the lights and harness:

Then finally made my Relay Harness. The one on the left is the trigger wire, the to harnesses in the back go to the 4 cubes (2 on each side) then finally the right harness goes to the battery with an inline fuse holder. This harness is only temperary until I get my axillary fuse box in:

Pics will follow once I get them installed tonight.
