You should have checked for codes before throwing parts at it. You shouldn't have to adjust the throttle, The iac will keep it at idle. There are other issues going on that need to be addressed. Removing the throttle body and cleaning out all the carbon especially in the iac port would be a start.

Idle simply isn't adjustable. You need to clean your throttle body. Especially the IAC well. THAT is what controls idle.

DID THE CODE AND got 2 codes battery disconnected in last 60 to 100 cycles and low or high voltage to tps thanks again Brian
