Default Clicking noise under load

hey guys nother problem 5.2 auto transmission I’m getting a clicking sound from the engine that only happens in gear with the throttle presses it does change tempo as the engine accelerates but stops when the throttle is released even if the RPMs stay the same. I’m also leaking transmission fluid from the front (aux trans cooler gone bad I think). The only code I’m throwing is 0441 wich is incorrect purge flow. Might have something to do with the lack of a canister... Local thought is values or injectors anyone gat any tests or experience with this issue?

It’s a 1997 I don’t know what’s been done other than the o2 sensors new and not Bosch I’ve been told the motor was rebuilt but I can’t prove it and it drives me crazy so I’m not sure how many miles are on it plus it’s lifted with bigger tires and the sensor was never adjusted

Still stock gears as well? Or did those get changed?

Does it sound like marbles rattling around in a tin can? Or different?
