for steering, lots of good options... I wound up using the dodge modified t set-up and am about to switch to a different Pittman arm and make a new drag link with gm 1 ton tie rod ends... If I had it to do over again, I'd probably just build a crossover set up based on gm 1-ton TREs from Barnes4x4 or somewhere else... Much stronger and more freedom to set geometry up like you want it... all yu have to do is drill the knuckles out for for tapered inserts for the bigger TREs and then cut and weld (or have welded) DOM tubing for the tie rods and drag link... Just some thoughts...
He already has a 2500, so, he already has the largest single-piston calipers that will fit. Next step, is going to the dual piston 2000 and up calipers, which won't fit in the 99 and older knuckles.

Is this a 7500 or 8800? According to what i found on rock auto the 7500 looks smaller(piston diameter) than the 8800. I believe the master cylinder is different also(piston diameter) for the 8800's due to the larger piston on the caliper it needs to pump more fluid.

According to the tag on my door sill the GVWR is 8800 lb. I wonder if a larger master cylinder than what I have now would work better with the dual piston calipers...

Actually, there is two types of knuckles. 94-99 has ball joints pressed to the knuckle, whereas 00-02 ball joints are in inner C's.

There is a guy on the youtube that upgraded his 01 cummins with 3rd gen over the counter parts. It gives a bigger rotor and caliper. According to his video the banjo bolt for the brake line on the caliper didn't fit the 01 brake line, but that was the only 'gotcha' he encountered. You also can't mount a 16" rim after the upgrade. I've been thinking about this upgrade for mine in the spring. I'm not sure if that will work on your spindles but it adds another option to the mix.

Ok anybody that can elaborate on the path to get the 95 to the newer hub/rotor style from the 00-02's in the video? I may as well be considering all the options

I probably should have dug into it a little more before I posted that video. There is an 'upgrade' kit from Power Stop that fits your truck with the 8800lb rating for 95. Rockauto has them listed on their site. Whether or not its an actual upgrade I can't seem to find out, but I haven't found any upgrade dual piston calipers for that year range axle. So I'm guessing the bolt spacing for the caliper bracket is different from the 00-02 trucks.
