Ground cable going to pcm had 0.3 so that’s good, dg/or and tan wire were at 10 volts when cranking(my battery needs to be charged for all the cranking lol). I took the computer out and sent it back

I would be real curious just how they determine that. Do they have a test stand they can hook it up to? Or do they just look at it, sniff it a couple times, maybe lick it once, and 'it's good'?

Get a different PCM, plug it in, see what ya get.

according to them they do, but he insisted they will send me a new one to be safe lol. Told him the tests I ran and everything checks out and he said “Chrysler’s” are weird like that. I should get the new one by Monday-Wed

Also when this happened the instrument gauge fuse popped, maybe something with that also could be causing this?

Default I’m literally having the same code and problem

The coolant temp sensor is completly shot and I’m waiting on a new connector so I just have the wires looped Incase that’s causing a no start also. The new battery is reading only 8 bolts on anometer
did u figure out the problem id put a junk yard PCM in and has the same codes as the old pcm. And even the temp sensor code . ik it been a few years but any help would be much appreciated!

if you didn’t fix this yet it ended up being a faulty pcm!
