It doesn't make all four bulbs light up on low beam, which was my main desire. Compared to my dentsides and jeeps, the stock second gen Ram headlights are like 1948 Rayovac flashlights.
I also installed new housings, and better bulbs. It was a MAJOR improvement from the yellowed stock lenses, and old bulbs.

Does the high beam indicator come on ? If so the switch is good. If the bulbs test ok too (ohm meter) then it's somewhere in the wiring.

Yes the blue high beam indicator comes on for both high beam and 'flash'.

Guys, just thought I would give you a quick update.
Ordered a new switch/stalk and fitted it. This cured an intermittent hazard flasher issue but not the headlight problem.
I then removed both bulbs to take an even closer look and on initial inspection all seemed fine but after testing them it appears they had broken down and so I replaced them and now all works well !
Just goes to prove it's not always that bad...
Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
