Pulled an all nighter! im stumped? i installed a new radiator. this rig has an automatic trans with a trans cooler. so theres 2 lines coming from the trans and theres 2 nipples on the radiator. theres also 2 lines coming from the trans cooler! so theres 4 lines and only 2 hookups? Im totally brain fart n right now? guess that what happens when you pull an all nighter? But? where the heck do the trans cooler lines hook up? didnt pay enough attention when i was rip n this thing apart? usually theres an obvious spot to hook things up? mercy sakes!!

Line from trans (from the front of the trans) goes to lower fitting on radiator. Upper radiator fitting goes to external cooler, line from external cooler goes back to the trans.

Ok, had to stop and think about the flow. Kinda like when I do electrical. So the bottom one brings fluid from the trans to the radiator nipple. fluid flows up to top nipple on radiator where line from cooler hooks up. fluid flows thru cooler. Then returns back to other trans line back to trans!?!? Makes sense! even sleep deprived! however, bottom line from trans to radiator nipple isnt going on? all the rest snapped right on! thanks HeyYou!!! AGAIN!! 4:41 AM here in Ketchikan, Alaska! supposed to snow for 4 days!?

Yeah, that one can be a pain. Not like you got a lot of room to wiggle around down there. But, it *should* just push right on, and lock into place. Is the lock ring out of place inside the fitting?

I checked the line and even filed the new fitting down a bit. There isnt much pressure on the trans lines is there?

So,,, the moment of truth. I topped all the fluids and hit the key and it just turned over and over and over???How long should it take the fuel rail to reingage? i checked for fuel lressure up at the rail and it had none. the tanks full and the pump was brand new when i was try n to fix it a year ago???
