wipers will not do anything, fuse ok,power to switch

Grab the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. See which pins are supposed to have power, and when, see if they do.

It was the relay on my 1997. Parts store told me that the relay was no longer available, so I found a used one.

Is the motor working but the wipers aren't moving? Motor dead? If the motor is working, your little plastic connectors came apart. If the motor isn't doing anything, the motor may be bad.
