Default Dash replacement

The dash in my 02 2500 is cracked (typical) and i plan on replacing it. So my question is what is the best brand to get? I am debating between genos garage and lmc truck, but maybe there are other good brands. Also what is the easiest way to replace it? I have heard you need to take the whole assembly out, but i have also heard you can keep it in. and just take out the airbag, bezel, and some other things, but not the entire assembly.

LMC is the only proper replacement. Yes, you have to remove the dash but it can stay in the cab rotated away from the firewall.

LMC gets alot of advertising on PowerNation TV. I would go with that brand.

The reviews on Geno's website at the time I bought mine (2 to 3 years ago) suggested there were issues with the upper side vents for defrosting the side windows. I didn't want to deal with that and bought the one from LMC and had zero issues with it.

As for installing it, there are quite a few videos on the youtube and a very nice 'How to" thread on it by Beeker in the FAQ section. I followed Beeker's thread and it was hassle free. Just time consuming. I would guess it took me about 5 hours but I did the heater core at the same time.
