Default 98 SS/T won't start

over amped battery while trying to start now no fuel pump buzz sound,horn or spark

Did you check the fuses and relays?

Then more then likely you fried the fuel pump, horn, and probably the crank sensor. Check to see if you are getting power back to the fuel pump.

How did you 'over amp' the battery??

Over amped or over voltage? Also if the polarity was reversed you fried the pcm.
