No lights need help

Default No lights need help

None of my lights work and i have replaced all the fuses all the bulbs have a new battery cleaned the ground on the core support cleaned the ground on the block and and am now stuck. The only exterior light that works is the brake light on the cab please help!!! This is on a 1997 dodge ram 2500 5.9L

Have you had a look at your headlight switch?

i did and it looks fine i guess it coule be burnt out somewhere i cant see. does that switch conplete the circut??

Yes, it does. If you don't have one yet, download the factory service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W.

Since NONE of them are working...... look for the commonalities in the systems, should be easy to find with a bit of study.

no turn signal lights both exterior and on dash but does click...only brake light that works is the 3rd on the cab

Got a trailer harness on your truck? Have a look where the trailer harness hits the main rear harness. Known to be problematic.

no brake lights no turn signals.......and yes i do habe a trailer harness ill give that a look!
