im thinking due to the strokes ive had i completely over thought this and forgot how something this basic works , but brain reboot and were good ,I still havent figured out the headlights

 

sorry should have said two lamp i put sport light lenses in cause i got em cheap but its still a 2 lamp system but its a non sport as i said, sorry strokes do weird things to your mind ..awaiting your response

 

Do you just have the two-filament bulbs in the outer housings then?

Do you have the service manual for your truck? (get one here, if you don't, wiring diagrams are in section 8W.)

Headlights switches were also problematic on these trucks, may not hurt to check that.

I don't remember if the switch on your truck provides ground path, or power, for the headlights......

 

Yes on the dual filiments high/low and yes i have a mnaual i grabed it here
Ill check out the switch its just weird one side died with the driving light or closly after each other
these trucks have the worst headlights ever
