Im having a similar issue as you that started about a week ago where my cluster an my stop lights and running lights are out and my fuse 20 keeps popping I've tired switching to bigger fuses and that worked for abit but I'm back to the drawing board. If you find anything that works for you let me know! the cops in my town have been looking for my truck for days because I don't have working lights and the wanna VI me

4 light NON-sport? The 4 headlight systems only came on the sport package. Everything else has only two. Was your truck modified from factory stock?

Lower hose is the return from that rad. The upper gets hot first.

If the engine gets up to temp, and the heater works good, temp on the lower hose simply doesn't matter.

Get one of these, had the same issue on my sons truck. Drain your radiator and refill with this funnel, gets all of the air pockets out. Changed the water pump, temp sensors, thermostat (drilled hole) and radiator hoses on the truck, wasn't showing hot, but bottom hose was cold, so nothing flowing through the radiator. Refilled coolant with this thing, no more issues and good flow through bottom hose.
