95 ram 1500 delay wiper
yea i stuck my head up in there best i could with a very bright light and can't see anything like i said its more of an inconvenience than anything and with the cold right now i guess it can wait lol i might see if i can look down in seeing as how there are sizeable holes in my dash dang plastic is fairly brittle as old and sun faded as it is
says in that service manual that the intermittent wiper module is mounted to the lower instrument panel support bracket behind the knee blocker and oriley's doesn't have a listing for it their site finds nothing
went on OE direct as dodge dealer parts site wouldn't go older than 01 and according to OE direct the part is discontinued then again they also say the wiper motor is discontinued
before replacing it check it and the connector out. connector may have overheated and caused the delayed part to have a bad connection. i know that is how my 93 is. reach up and wiggle the connector and delay speeds usually start working for a while. this usually happens when you have the delay on and wipers froze to the windshield.
ebay is the other option. looks like they are still readily available used

all fixed went to the scrap yard recently to get a bunch of stuff had to get new tilt steering column as mine had play internally, a new seat and a headlight switch as my dimmer part was messed up and while removing steering column found the delay wiper control module ( it said what it was right on it lol) so when i got home and swapped my column out i replaced the module now they work again. little by little she gonna be all but dang near new lol can't afford to buy another vehicle and parts for this one aren't too expensive
