Yep. Start here. Pull the tb off the truck, remove the IAC, and clean the IAC well out. Just wipe down the pintle on the IAC itself, put it all back together. (disconnect the battery while you are doing this.) Once you have it all back together, hook the battery back up, turn the key to "on", (not start) don't touch anything else, count to 10, THEN start the truck. PCM will have to re-learn idle, but, it should figure it out pretty quick.
