Now its developed a bit, it will start and run for awhile fine till it warms up and then just dies

What do you not get when it dies? That is a sign of a sensor getting hot, and failing......

I let it warm up and die and tested from the coil and I'm getting no spark when cranking

Test and see if the PCM is trying to control the coil. If it isn't, replace the crank sensor. Mopar only please. The aftermarket fellers just don't work that well.

New crank sensor didn't change nothing

They could be your problem. Hook a test light up to the control side of the plug that goes into the coil. If it lights up your crank sensor is good, if it doesn't you need anew crank sensor.
