Default 1996 ram 1500 5.2l 4x4 won't run

1996 ram 1500 5.2l 4x4

So my truck doesn't get driven much. And now I'm having some running issues. It has spark at the coil, spark at the plugs, the dizzy cap didn't look good when pulled (little corrosion on the inside) replaced with new one I had. No change. Checked all fuses and they are good. Cam sensor tested good. Put in a spare IAC as well with no change. Not sure where to go from here. Going to pull the plugs next and take a look. Maybe crank sensor ?

can get the truck running with throttle but won't idle well and starts hard

Check fuel pressure. How old is the gas in the tank?

Bad temp sensor for the PCM will screw it up.

Are you sure you're getting a strong spark at your plug wires/plugs? A spark tester at the end of one or two of your wires will give a strong bluish color with a loud snap.

Fuel pressure test at around 45 and stays around there while running. Checked grounds and cleaned them all. got the truck running and seemed fine then randomly it stubbled and died on me.

Cam sensor. Or, as the parts stores will call it, pick up coil.

You mean crank not cam!

P0320 No Crank Reference Signal at PCM
P1391 Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP

In all reality, it could be either. Or both.

The 0320 refers to 'engine speed sensor/distributor'...... I suppose, for the longest time, what would be considered the 'tach' signal came from the distributor. And he is apparently getting spark, and has good fuel pressure......
