Default 2001 ram 1500v6 1000rpm idle

So I have been putting everything into my truck. I love the thing and it has solid frame and low miles. Ever since I got it though its been one thing after another. Now it its idling at a.little under 1000 rpms. I have reset my dials and that is not the problem. Anyone help?

Reset the PCM, just disconnect the battery, turn on the headlights, wait a few seconds, turn headlights off, hook battery back up, turn ignition to "on", (not start) count to ten, then start the engine. That will let the PCM relearn the zero values of various sensors, including IAC...... may take a bit for the pcm to relearn idle. See if that solves it.

That did not seem to work. Any other thoughts?

I most definitely have a plenum leak, and a water outlet leak. Would that have something to do with it?
