01 1500 3.9 dead miss

Need three things for it to fire. Air, fuel, and spark. Ok, four.... need compression too.... Need to see which one is missing.

Got fuel, got atleast 110psi compression, got air, and has spark to the plug.

Swap the injectors on 2 and 4. See if the miss follows the injector.

did not follow injector, ordered a noid light, also to be noted the injector was replaced by prev owner in an attempt to solve the issue.

Most likely you'll see you aren't getting injector pulse. Please do inform us what the light tells you
