I like that idea, getting a second mega fuse box is a good option.

Before and after, the first photo didn’t capture the driver seat damage, but it was pretty ripped.

The upholstery looks pretty f***in nice. Mine, however is at the point at which I used a nice set from a Copart wreck that I spent a Saturday morning at the pressure wash scrubbing and cleaning.
These connectors are an Amazon purchase:

like a butt connector without the plastic insulation. They crimp up tight.

These, however are the s*** , shrink wrap and low temp solder. Make a good mechanical connection, heat does the rest.

I converted my '95 to use the factory headlamps from a 2001 Sport with this harness:

I used 12ga wire stripped from a junk extension cord, Hella relays, ceramic headlamp connectors.
Beware, the first Amazon connectors I bought had 22ga wires installed. If you have wires that small, what's the point of ceramic connectors, the wires would melt before any connector would ever overheat. I rewired the low beams and found another source for the high beams that wired theirs with 14ga, affordable, US made, delivered fast.

Hella relays side by side with the typical Chinese sheeite. Weather tight sealed connections. The contact wires of the Hella are the size of the power wires of the junk relay. The wiring harness of the Hella weighs more than the Chinese relay!!
This setup was not hard to do. GE Nightwhawk Platinum 9007 primary bulbs, Hella 100W 9004 high beams. I drive 45-55k miles per year, and a lot at night. The performance of this system is outstanding.

That’s a really nice setup, what is the name of those clear connectors you can shrink? I like that and I ordered some of those butt connectors for fun. Those look good for 14-18 gauge.

With using the sport harness, what’s the advantage? You got me thinking about that route, but what made you go that way?

Solder butt connectors . Sports have 4 headlight bulbs. On high beam you get low and high on at the same time. Which makes it brighter

Appreciate it brother good feedback, so wish me luck today going to try to finish up the dash and get the seats installed. I had a few components and will go ahead and get a power distribution box set up as well. Here’s the first thing I’ll tackle, a nice little junkyard find out of that donor Laramie. Is this a common thing for sports? Never seen one before but seems to be better than the cupholder on the flimsy dash.

That was standard on the Laramie trims it gave the rear seats cup holders
