1996 Cummins 2500 Frankenstein Build
That’s the one negative, it only comes in medium quartz, my color was C3 so it’s not perfect but close, but if you have saddle or graphite gray you would need to paint it. Best bet is having something mixed at your local auto paint spot. There are rattle cans available for our colors, but I have not used them.
The LMC pad’s quality is definitely better than the skins. It’s not as thick as I would have thought, and will compare to the OEM thickness wise later, but the texture and dry fit are very clean.

Dry fit of the seats, thinking about replacing the center seat, with a custom console. I have some red oak left over from another project. I ran some 14 gauge wire to the rear for some additional 12 volt outlets.
Dry fit of the dash. The color is a little lighter than the presidio gray, but may hold what I got.
This afternoon I am going to install the LMC Headlight Harness. I don’t know the exact specs, but it looks like 14 gauge wire, but I will find out on Monday.
Currently not having too much voltage drop, but the heat due to the missing relay melted my Last headlight switch.
Pretty straight forward layout, I am going to cut the power side lines down so it plugs into my Power Distribution Box.
Makes sense why the switch melted, here’s the voltage at the headlights with the engine running. With the small gauge wire at the switch (some stuff looked like 18 gauge or smaller)
Ready for install
Using the stock location for the passenger ground.
The one tweak I made was cutting the power side wires. Instead of running them directly from the battery I am going to run them from my power distribution box.
Cut power wires
Voltage on the new circuit.
