Default 2000 1500 5.2 No start

Ok, truck is a 2WD, 5.2 Extented cab 2000 year Dodge Ram 1500.

The story: Was taking a coffee break at work and sitting in my truck listening to the radio. It randomly just shut off.
Tried to restart it and it would just crank and crank and crank.
I got it towed home and started to check the main 3s needed (Air spark fuel)

I have spark on the wires, I have fuel I can hear the pump prime and when I check the fuel rail there is tons of pressure.
After that I checked compression on the cylinders and across the banks Im averaging 120PSI.

In a last shot in the dark I swapped out the ECM on the firewall from a tested used shop and still nothing.
I'm at a total loss of ideas here.
