The cold air intake abs throttle body spacer are useless. The factory intake is already cold air. The bigger throttle body is useless without a tune. The wires will only give you minimal gain and aren't needed. The plugs need to be cooper, anything else can hurt power. Get smaller rims that are aluminum it will save weight. You could move the air temp sensor to the air intake to read slightly cooler air and look into adding a mass air flow sensor. Regear the axles but beware that adding turbos will grenade the 1500 axles if you have a heavy foot.

I would cam it, tune it, and new smaller rims before adding turbos.

Then you need gears, or, dig deeper into the engine.

With 37's? At least 4.56, if not 4.88's..... The likely stock gears (3.55) are going to really beat the crap out of your trans.

I never liked the big rims low profile tires but it is your truck. You would need 4.56s as that's the highest you can go with 1500 axles
