Fuel problem

Default Fuel problem

here's my issue I am burning an excessive amount of fuel in 68 km i burnt quater of a tank I recently did a mini tune-up change the spark plugs did a seafoam upper engine cleaner change the valve cover gaskets did a seafoam fuel additive which cleans injectors and rails and all that remove the catalytic converter and put on a cherry bomb exhaust still using the same Magnaflow mufflers and I don't know what else to do this fuel problem is ridiculous and I'm wondering if anybody has some ideas of what else I can do to try and fix this problem

Does the temp gauge work? Does the engine get fully warmed?

Yes and yes. It gets too and stays at operating temperature and throws great heat through the vents

What did you do with the 02's?

Are your O2 sensors still hooked up? and are you getting any codes sent?

I put them back in the exact same spot all I had to do was replaced the 2 02 Downstream sensors I welded new fittings in and replace the sensors

Yes everything's been checked and all sensors are working and I'm not getting any codes as well as of today I replaced the cat with a cherry bomb exhaust still using the MagnaFlow mufflers I've my cat was super choked up but to no avail I still have a fuel problem

Does your truck have the second coolant temp sensor? My 96 has 2. One for the gauge, one that send temp reading to the ecm. If the one for the ecm goes out the engine will run extremely rich

Really Eh. Could you tell me where they might be located I was just about to start my first year automotive but not now because of covid 19.
