Default Driver side valve cover breather

Since I'm rebuilding my engine I bought a new Mopar PCV valve and grommet. Now I'm looking for the grommet and breather for the driver's side. I can't find it. Is it like a PCV valve, as in it has a ball in it? Rockauto doesn't list it

Should be just an elbow with the hose going to the air filter box. Dodge did have a hard time making up their mind which side the valve was on, and which side the breather was on though. I think it changed several times over the years. (and sometimes several times within the same model year......)

The PO out one of them older style ones on and I am looking for a more cleaner look. I am using the factory valve covers (if the heads check out from the machine shop fingers crossed they aren't cracked ). Mine has the PCV on the passenger side in the rear (wish aftermarket ones were good because I can get a Standard Motor Product one for $1 compared to $25 for the Mopar one. Apparently they made one specifically for Canada Emissions) and then on the driver's side it's the oil filter cap then the breather. I am going to put a spin on factory valve covers you guys might like.
