1997 5.2 dies at when coming to stop, when warm (many parts already replaced)

I've checked most of the vacuum lines for a leak and they all seem to be in good shape. There was one that was in bad shape and I replaced it.
Would a weak fuel pump cause issues only when warm? It runs very well when you're on the throttle.

Need to see what fuel pressure is doing when it wants to stall. Which means a gauge with a long enough hose that you can see it while driving. (tape the gauge to the windshield.)
If fuel pressure is good, need to see what fuel trims are doing when it stalls. I think an easy test would be to unplug the front O2 sensor, and see if anything changes.

I'm back!
The New Genuine Mopar IAC came in and I installed it, I also reset the PCM by disconnecting the battery for an extended period of time.
Unfortunately my problem still persists.
One thing that's odd is that sometimes the truck will "catch itself" just before it dies and raise the RPM. Other times it just slowly dies.
Tonight I plan to take my scanner out for a drive and see if I can spot anything. If it comes back empty I'll likely reach out to a local mobile mechanic and have him come take a look.
