Basically I start her, shift her, and she doesn’t move. I press the gas, she revs, but doesn’t move. I de-press the gas, then she’ll start to move.

If it only does it first thing in the morning (or, first drive of the day) It's probably just because the check valve is gone. (and good riddance.)

I see the obvious genius that is, this man's diagnoses. Shut your pie hole. THAT'S IT!!! The pie hole...It's rite next to the kanutter valve on the disgronificature assembly! A blind man could see it a mile away!
