Got a response back from HP Tuners on this. According to them, their tuners only work on OBDII trucks, so, if your 95 doesn't have an OBDII port, which it won't, it won't work. OBDII came out in 96. I suppose it's possible that some of the later production 95's got OBDII, but, this would be the first I have ever heard of it.

So, in a nutshell, No, HP Tuners does NOT support OBDI trucks, at all.

Most don't which sucks for the OBD1 guys

So far as I know, no one supports anything OBDI anymore. B&G used to, but even they stopped. Now, there is still a whole community doing tuning for GM OBDI vehicles...... and it is still going strong.... To bad nothing like that existed for the Dodge folks.

Dodge (until recently) never had a really heavy aftermarket community since the 70s. There why I guess when they get high HP numbers it's such a wow factor

There where a few mopar performance PCM's out for different vehicles, Not tuneable but will offer a slightly better performance than the stock one.
