I don't know how well it works though. Like I've said, it always sloshes around when taking off first thing. Isn't there a pressurized tool that shops use? How do they get air out? I've never heard of a shop jacking up one side.

When I worked at the Dodge Garage we did do that if we have to, but then got a machine that pushed the coolant through the system. Never used it though

Well, now what? The radiator came but it's got two brass bosses on it for I'm assuming a trans cooler but mine is the manual. I ordered this one "for manual trans" so I don't have any other lines out of the body. Just upper and lower hoses. All the pictures on rockauto show these brass fittings. What the heck!?!?!

You just don't use them. All aftermarket ones come with them unless you order a Mopar one (do they still even make them?)

So I can just ignore them, right? Or can I remove them from the body?

You can ignore them. Unsure on yours but when I tried to remove mine (while on the truck) it started leaking coolant so I had to tighten it back up.

Yep, just leave 'em, or put plugs in 'em.

Ok, thanks, guys. I'm tackling it today. Sucks having to use something that isn't even as good as the old one. Oh well, this truck is about done anyway.
