Sinking Brake Pedal
Either way a master cylinder is in order.
Thank you again. It's tough to find a good shop with good mechanics. From everything you guys said it sounds like a master cylinder and the fact that I don't see the fluid in the master cylinder going down. I have to get under the truck and check the brake line going to the back and at the rear wheels. One good thing the truck is high enough off the ground to get underneath it without jacking it up.
Talking about jacking the truck off the ground. I have AAA I'm not sure their jack would go high enough to change a flat. I don't have the original jack that came with the truck. I think it's a bottle jack. From what I read there not that stable. Do you have any experience and thoughts on what to carry for a jack?
As always I appreciate you helping solve these problems. I thank all of you.

I don't carry one at all. If I have a flat, I let my towing insurance take me somewhere to get it fixed/replaced. On my last truck, I didn't even have a spare tire. Now, if I am going off-road..... I have a floor jack I take with me.
You go off road?
I own a 4x4 truck for a reason.
I love to play out in the woods/fields.
I try and avoid mud though....... too hard on drivetrain parts.
