I have a list but most I think I can fix. A question I have though is how would you check to see if a fuel injector is bad, also I've been getting a lot of vibration at highway speeds. A ticking or pinging noise forever. Still runs and pretty strong. Just trying to keep her on the road 200k+

You can check the resistance across the injector, think they should be around 12 ohms. Also, get a fuel pressure gauges, and see how fast pressure bleeds off when the engine is shut down.

I've got a stick for that. Seriously, get a wooden dowel rod. About 24 inches long. Put your knuckle on the end of it and use your knuckle to press that little flap of cartilage closed on your ear. This prevents it from being rammed into your ear opening. With the air cleaner off and the engine running, press the other end of the rod onto each injector in turn. You'll hear a clicking as it opens and closes. If one sounds different, that may be your bad one. It's the first one you want to check with a meter.

Any misfire codes? Did you change your plenum gasket?

Sorry for the delayed response. No misfire codes. Just shuddering at 55mph .. i drove it 400 miles over the weekend and it runs good under 55-60 above that i get a lot of vibration... I"m thinking maybe a bad connection from tail housing of trans to transfer case since its leaking there. Would that cause shimmering effect?

i know its not the wheels i had new tires mounted and balanced less than 1500 miles ago. I've replaced the ignition wires and plugs etc. I don't need it to run perfect I just need it to keep running.

More likely you still have a misfire. If you maintain speed, but, disable O/D, do the vibrations go away? (my guess is "yes".....)
