Default 96 5.9 v-8 wont start

Hello. I am a new member, I have 2 dodge rams a 90 W300 4x4and a 99 25004x4. I am working on a 96 2500 4x2 5.9 v-8 that will not start. It tries but floods out. I checked fuel pressure it shows 47 to 49 lbs and holds it. I found the front O2 sensor was the wrong one and was unplugged. I replaced both sensors the converter was new. I checked compression and it is good. The plugs were old and gas soaked so i replaced them. I replaced the cam sensor, and the coil.the dist. cap and rotor look new. I replaced the manifold temp sensor, the idle air valve with no change. I replaced the pcm. no change. replaced the tiiming chain. no change. It had been running fine and then died. It was towed over her and I have been working on it since. my diagnostic computer shows normal pulse widths on injectors. HELP.

Did you remove/move the distributor when you replaced the cam sensor? If so, you will need to reset the fuel sync. Also, you might also want to check your crankshaft positioning sensor to ensure its working properly.

Got a scanner? Plug in, and see what the PCM thinks engine temp is.
