Just wanted to update on the outcome just to help someone else with this same problem in the future. I went and picked up the new radiator today filled the system up and let it run. Same problem running hot. On my drive back the over drive button stopped working. So I went home to let the engine cool down and messed with the button. I went and changed the coolant temp sensor and it’s running where it should now. So I did install a radiator for no reason but it is what it is. Now I know I have a good cooling system with a new pump, stat and radiator

Which sensor did you replace? There are two coolant temp sensors on your truck.
