You go 70 and turn right and left and the noise stays the same pulled front drive shaft same issue pulled driver axle and same issue. Think I might take a peek at the snap-ring that holds the output bearing in place on the rear shaft. It's cleverly concealed by the tailhousing of the t-case..... gotta drop the rear shaft. I know it was just rebuilt..... was the noise there before the rebuild? If it was, I might be looking at the pinion bearings in the rear diff.

I have drove it 600ish miles since the t-case was rebuilt I’m not exactly sure where the snap ring is that you are talking about? Have I missed anything on the front end that could possibly be doing it?

Snap ring is on the output shaft of the t-case, right behind the main bearing at the back of the case. Basically, right where the parting line between the back half of the t-case, and the tailshaft housing is.

If the noise doesn't change when turning left/right, I don't think it's in the front end.
