Default Passenger wheel problem

So I’ve noticed past week when I turn going 15 mph and under, my steering wheel like turns back and forth. Last time it did this I needed my tires balanced but decided to Jack up the front end of the truck and I turn the wheel and spin them, my driver side spins freely like it should. My passenger side spins freely then stops and gets hard maybe about a half of a turn it does it. I’ve replaced both wheel bearing and u joints last spring. Anyone else think what it could be?? Maybe it’s the brake caliper but not sure cause doesn’t seem like a seized one.

my truck is a 4x4

Could be the rotor replaced them last year but could be, wheel bearing has no play and inspected it but I’ll have to tear it apart and check look at the rotor if anything I’ll resurface it

Take off the wheel and pry back the brake pads. Then spin the hub and it will tell you if it's the bearing or the brakes.
